Financial Literacy Course

As part of the Young Professionals membership, selected individuals are invited to join our Wealth Creation Course — a financial literacy experience designed to build long-term confidence in managing and growing personal wealth. This opportunity is offered to only five (5) members annually through a highly selective placement process, tailored for those demonstrating exceptional curiosity, commitment, and potential.

Review & Connect

Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to see if it aligns with the values and criteria for your chosen membership. If your application is successful, we’ll invite you for a short interview — a chance for us to get to know you better and understand how you hope to grow with Raya.

Onboarding & Welcome

If approved, you’ll receive a warm welcome into the Raya family. We’ll guide you through everything you need to know — from our member handbook to exclusive resources and upcoming events & opportunities. Consider this your start to meaningful connections, growth, and a new chapter with Raya.

The
Criteria

Our Young Professionals have:

  • 0–5 years of professional experience, or currently pursuing/have recently completed post-secondary education or early-stage careers.
  • A clear interest in personal and professional growth, with a proactive mindset toward learning, development, and contribution.
  • Demonstrated potential through internships, volunteer work, entrepreneurial projects, academic excellence, or leadership roles in student or community organizations.
  • A strong desire to build authentic connections, participate in community events, and explore career and networking opportunities.
  • The ability to attend meetings. Currently, meetings take place virtually and in-person in downtown Toronto.
