Start by reviewing the membership experiences and who it's for. Once you're ready, simply fill out the Membership Request Form on this page — tell us about yourself, your background, and what draws you to Raya.

Review & Connect
Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to see if it aligns with the values and criteria for your chosen membership. Since Raya offers limited Leader's memberships, we look for individuals who genuinely align. If your application is successful, we’ll invite you for a short interview — a chance for us to get to know you better and understand how you hope to grow with Raya.

Onboarding & Welcome
If approved, you’ll receive a warm welcome into the Raya family. We’ll guide you through everything you need to know — from our member handbook to exclusive resources and upcoming events & opportunities. Consider this your start to meaningful connections, growth, and a new chapter with Raya.
The
Criteria
Our Leaders have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership roles.
- A proven track record of personal accomplishments (such as industry awards, publications, and/or community involvement), or demonstration of exceptional achievements in their respective field.
- A genuine interest in networking with other members, offering mentorship, and participating in group events and activities.
- The following titles: C-Suite, President, Vice-President, Director, Senior Manager, or comparable.
- The ability to attend meetings. Currently, meetings take place virtually and in-person in downtown Toronto.
