Welcome to Raya | Social Club, a space rooted in connection, collaboration, and growth. We are here to uplift one another through shared stories, intentional networking, expert guidance, and mindset development. Whether you’re attending an event, connecting with others, or seeking support—this is a community where authenticity, respect, and generosity lead the way.
By joining Raya, you agree to uphold the values of our community and adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Confidentiality & Safe Space
We value vulnerability and trust. Any personal stories, expert insights, or sensitive discussions shared within the community—whether online or in person—must be treated as strictly confidential. This includes recordings, screenshots, and personal details shared in private conversations.
No Harassment or Discrimination
Raya maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind—including but not limited to gender, race, age, religion, disability, body, or sexual orientation. Any form of bullying, inappropriate comments, or verbal aggression will result in immediate review and potential removal.
Respectful Engagement
Our community thrives on respect and curiosity. Engage with kindness and remain open to diverse perspectives. We encourage honest conversations, but do not allow personal attacks, passive-aggressive behavior, or triggering debates. Political and religious discussions are not permitted in order to maintain an inclusive and focused environment.
Promotions & Self-Sharing Policy
Raya celebrates the work of its members! You are welcome to share your business, upcoming events, or creative work in approved formats such as spotlight features, partner collaborations, or a designated sharing space (as applicable). All promotional content must be pre-approved by our team.
Unsolicited pitching, mass DMs, or overt sales activity outside of permitted channels is not allowed.
Expert Consultations & Mentorship
All expert sessions offered through Raya are part of our professional services and are bound by strict confidentiality. Members are expected to honor the time, boundaries, and intellectual property of experts and guest facilitators. Recording or repurposing content from sessions without permission is not allowed.
Event Attendance & No-Show Etiquette
Raya’s curated events and experiences are often intimate and limited in capacity. If you RSVP but can no longer attend, please notify us as early as possible. Consistent no-shows without notice may result in reduced access to future events.
Maintaining a Safe Environment
We recommend that members maintain an online identity (such as LinkedIn or other public-facing profiles) to ensure community trust. While not mandatory, visibility helps foster authenticity in interactions.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness a breach of this Code of Conduct, please report it to our Review Board at info@rayainsights.com with the subject “Reports/Concerns“. Reports will be handled confidentially and with care. We are committed to protecting the integrity of our space and our members.
Warning & Removal System
- First Warning – A member will receive a written notice outlining the breach and guidance on corrective action.
- Second Warning – Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or restricted access.
- Removal – Continued or severe breaches may lead to permanent removal from the community. In such cases, no fees will be refunded.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Club Fees
While Raya | Social Club does not currently require a fee for joining and being part of the club, we may in the future implement such fees for organizational maintenance, events and services for club members, which then, all fees will be non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
- A full refund may be issued if cancellation is requested in writing within 7 days of joining.
- No refunds will be granted for members removed due to violations of this Code of Conduct.
Events & Experiences
- Members may cancel attendance to any paid event at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
Requests must be submitted via email at info@rayainsights.com with the subject “Cancel Joining” or “Cancel Attendance”.
